Are there any rules on building a structure (like a retaining wall) on or close to your property line in GA? - georgia retaining walls
The client, our district has built a retaining wall in one or two centimeters built our property line and has created problems for us to reach our side of the courtyard with its closure. Is there a law on, how close can you build a person's property line? I live in Georgia.

Probably. You should check the status of the municipality or the county. It could be under "the rules of procedure."
