It is strange that you read this edition Dave Ramsey was talking about the same topic on the radio.
A complainant faces bancrupcy because her husband have a loan and built a basketball court. The business plan is not working for them. But that does not mean you can not be executed.
The only thing I recommend is the owner of this gym called in other cities. Most would like to discuss with you and help you to see a business plan, whether the numbers.
